Dr Mark Dale. MBCHB MRCGP MRCPsych LMCC CCRI
Qualified as a Physician from the University of Manchester in 1985, holds the CCST in Old Age Psychiatry and has worked as Principal and Chief Investigator on numerous CNS studies over the last decade and currently heads the Memory Assessment Centres.
A member of the Association of Research Professionals, an active researcher in Europe in cognitive disorders and sits on numerous advisory boards governing the development of cognitive drugs. Has both written numerous CNS drug protocols and acts as a research Fellow Supervisor for the University of Lancaster.
Has held clinical positions in Primary Care, as an Honorary Senior Lecturer and Consultant in Old Age Psychiatry in the NHS and currently as a specialist at the Memory Assessment Centres.
Cathy Jepson Dip.COT, SROT, CCRC
Clinical Trials Manager
Cathy qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1992 and worked in a variety of hospital settings before specialising in Old Age Psychiatry. Following a secondment to a clinical research post to co-ordinate CNS studies within the NHS, Cathy took up her current post at the Memory Assessment Centre in September 2002.
Key responsibilities are the day to day running of the memory and research clinics, supervision and training of research staff and service promotion. Cathy also has a lead role in liaison with sponsors and recruitment of trial subjects. Cathy is a certified Clinical Research Co-ordinator with the Association of Clinical Research Professionals and has been involved in over 20 CNS drug studies to date.
Cathy maintains her ‘hands on' patient contact by assessing patients newly referred to the clinic, and is an experienced rater of numerous cognitive assessment scales and computerized batteries.
Anita Blyth BA RMN ENM DIP HE - Clinic Manager
Anita qualified as a mental health nurse in 1981 and has worked in 2 major hospitals prior to specialising in Dementia and Alzheimer's disease. Currently employed as clinic manager in Bradford where key responsibilities include the day to day running of the clinic, liaising with sponsors and assisting in recruitment of trial patients.

I have worked at the Bradford Memory Assessment Centre since June 2004.
My primary role is dealing with all patient referrals into the memory clinic and scheduling appointments for clinical trial visits. I am Dr Dale's secretary at the Bradford clinic and deal with all enquires into the clinic.
I also have a role in assisting the research team with managing the clinical trial data and answering data queries.
Professor Robin Eastwood MB chB, MD, FRC Psych, FRCPC, FRCPE
Professor Eastwood, a consultant Psychiatrist specialising in the adult and elderly population. He has been Editor-in-Chief of the International Psychogeriatrics journal, an NHS consultant and a Professor of Psychiatry and Public Health.
Currently he is a Consultant at the Plymouth Nuffield Hospital and is also Principal Investigator of Clinical Trials at the Plymouth Memory Assessment Clinic.

Research Nurse (Blackpool)
Carol qualified as a registered nurse in 1987 and spent three years working on a general surgical ward. Since then she has specialised in care of the elderly both in the NHS and private sector, with a break to study for an honours degree in neurosciences. Carol joined the Memory Assessment Team in October 2006 as a research nurse. Her role includes ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the patients, co-ordination of the clinical studies and administration of psychometric tests.

Graeme is our webmaster and IMT consultant, roles he has combined since 2002 with his position as Clinical Librarian to both Mersey Care NHS Trust and Sefton PCT.
He is currently studying to increase his portfolio of MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) qualifications as well as completing a Masters Degree in Health Information Management.
Sally Baddeley
Sally qualified as a general nurse in 1996 and specialised in theatre nursing before settling into research based nursing.
Sally joined the company in December 2006 and her
key responsibilities include putting the best interests of patients first, organising the day to day running of the research clinic and general nursing duties within the research field.
